Registration Overview

• Use the 60-second tutorial or online guide for assistance.
• Activate every new Parent account using the verification email. Contact registration@dwul.io for activation issues.
• For E-Transfer, use registration@dowhatuluv.ca or registration@dwul.io.
• For late registrations, select E-Transfer and contact the Provider and DWUL Support to complete prorated payment.
• If a direct link is blocked by browser or firewall settings, open DWUL.io and search for the school name.

• Submit a Cancel Request through the registration account.
• If an E-Transfer registration is still pending, email registration@dwul.io to cancel.
• Approved requests receive a full credit for future registrations. Contact support when redeeming the credit.
• Refunds are available by email request. Card-processing fees of 2.9% + 30¢ are non-refundable unless the whole program is cancelled by the Provider or School.
• E-Transfer refunds take approximately 10–14 days and return to the original payment method.
• Requests within 24 hours of the start time or after the start date require Provider approval and may incur additional charges.

Program Providers and DWUL can issue a promo code that waives the registration fee, funded by the Provider, school, district, grants, or donations.

   Option 1: school-assisted registration

   School or district staff can create a free Parent account, use the school address as the default account address, and register the same students for future programs without completing a new form each time.

   Option 2: parent registration

   Parents can register directly. Providers may temporarily close registration or reserve spaces so selected vulnerable families can register first.
