If a direct program link does not open because of browser or firewall settings, visit DWUL.io first.

Then search “SD43 [School Name]” or simply “[School Name]” to find the applicable listings.

• Use the 60-second registration demo or the online step-by-step guide for assistance.
• New Parent accounts must be activated using the verification email.
• For account activation or verification-email issues, contact registration@dwul.io.
• For E-Transfer payments, use registration@dowhatuluv.ca or registration@dwul.io.
• For a late registration after the start date, select E-Transfer and contact the Program Provider and DWUL Support to complete a prorated payment.

• Submit a Cancel Request from your account. If an E-Transfer registration is still pending, email registration@dwul.io to cancel.
• Once approved, a full credit is issued for future registrations. Email registration@dwul.io when you are ready to redeem it.
• If you prefer a refund, email support to confirm. Credit-card companies charge a non-refundable 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee; DWUL does not keep that fee.
• The processing fee does not apply when the Program Provider or School cancels the whole program.
• E-Transfer refunds take approximately 10–14 days and can only be returned to the original payment method.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time or after the start date require Program Provider approval and may incur additional charges.
