01How school requests work
  1. Send the request. Complete the Request Programs form for the applicable season.
  2. Providers confirm availability. Approved SD43 Providers respond and post confirmed programs on DWUL.
  3. Share with families. Schools receive program promotion and registration instructions from the DWUL Admin Team.
02When to submit each seasonal request
  • Fall (September–December): request at any time, with June–September recommended.
  • Winter (January–March): request at any time, with October–December recommended.
  • Spring (April–June): request at any time, with January–March recommended.
  • Summer (July–August): requests can also help plan the following school year.
03What DWUL handles

Programs come from independent community organizations with their own agreements with SD43. DWUL provides the shared online administration in collaboration with SD43.
